Bert was making his way to the Hufflepuff Common Room after a long practice of Qudditch, He loved the sport and played Chaser for his House Quidditch Team.
He was absolutely knackered and was looking forward to a good night's sleep in his bed. If he had the choice he would go to bed straight away, but as usual Bert had homework to attend to. So going to sleep straight away was not an option in the slightest!
As he walked he got the occasional smile from people he knew, and he grinned back. Though he wanted to run straight to the common room, he felt quite bare without his hat, and as they weren't allowed to wear them during practice he was forced to leave in his room!

Having such a hectic family life usually left Tilly feeling alone, but feeling alone didn’t faze her as she usually was quite happy to be left on her own. Besides Tilly didn’t need friends, all she needed was herself and she would be happy that way. The best way to spend her time alone was prefect duty, she could wonder around and go where ever she pleased and no one would stop and chat. It was nearly past curfew so Tilly had to start wondering around the castle in her ravenclaw uniform with her long blonde hair neatly tied back. You could look at Tilly and see a innocent and intelligent ravenclaw, but there was a much darker side to the older Ivanova sibling, and the true facts were that Tilly leaned more to the dark side than any side. No one knew this, not even her parents and she wanted to keep it under wraps rather than everyone knowing who she supported, it would most likely cause friction amongst her school mates and it was her last year after all.
Casually she walked down the steps in the entrance hall and spotted a familiar face walking across the entrance hall, it was her little brother, whom she despised so much. A smug smile appeared on her pale face and she walked down the marble steps, “Well what do we have here? The unwanted child in the Ivanova family.” Sure she use to enjoy his company, but that was when she was little and didn’t know any better. The ravenclaw carried on walking down the stairs and then folded her arms.

Bert smiled as he saw Tilly coming, her comment didn't make him upset. He was use to the treatment, and it no longer affected him.
Next year Tilly wouldn't even be here, and that would only leave him and Jessie. Jessie didn't give him much grief, she only dodged him, and that didn't bother him much either. Bert found that if he didn't look hurt by the comments and stayed happy as usual this would get on Tilly's nerves even more.
He was always treated differently out of the three Ivanova children, not being a "proper boy"and being a wizard. Though Bert didn't actually understand why his father despised him being a wizard. Both Tilly and Jessie were witches yet Fyodor accepted them just fine.
"Hi big sis!" Bert grinned at her waving with his broom in one hand. Not many people understood him through his thick Scottish accent "On prefect duties I assume?

After several years of receiving Tilly’s psychotic bullying, it seemed he had became immune to her spiteful words and didn’t ever seem put down by the way she crinkled her nose in disgust whenever he was meters away. Being the person she was it slightly annoyed her, usually she could be quite a intimidating individual but lately he seemed on cloud nine and there was no way she could cause him emotional pain. Maybe it was time to cause him physical pain? Not now, now was prefect duty and she didn’t want to lose her position for violently attacking her younger brother. Although she could say that it was just a bit of sibling banter, after all she did have a very soft and innocent face. Tilly appeared as if she couldn’t hurt a fly, but the reality was she could easily cause people pain with a click of her fingers. The cruel side of the blond may have been because of her choice to support the dark side, but it seemed as if she was born to manipulate others.
Gently she placed her fingers against her chin and chewed on the inside of her lip, being careful enough not to draw blood. “Hmm,” It broke the silence between his and her sentence and she directed her sight to the upper left of her eye as if she was deep in thought. Of course she was slightly in thought, mostly trying to think of what snappy comeback she could say – but she couldn’t. How was she meant to offend him after he had questioned her current activity, she could be sarcastic about it though but that would hardly offend the little hufflepuff. Bert was defiantly small for a male, after all she was the same height as him and sometimes she wished she was at least a inch or two taller than him!
“Well of course little brother, although you wouldn’t know what sort of authority lies within my grasp,” A smug look crossed over her perfect facial features and she let her hand that was against her chin drop to her side. “For example, I could take a large amount of points from your house.” In Tilly’s mind house points didn’t matter, she didn’t really care if her house lost or won. What sort of freak cared about house points anyway?

Bert slightly smiled, Tilly was struggling to find a way to get to him. This was perfect! Nit that he wanted to find a way to hurt her, he could never find it in himself to do that. Maybe with his father though, but his father was a different matter all together!
Bert chuckled slightly when Tilly said she would take points from his house. "It wouldn't really matter, Hufflepuff dodn't stand a chance of winning any way. Do we ever?!"
Hufflepuff had never won the House Cup for as long as anyone could remember. Especially with Professor Ramsford taking points from them with no apparent reason!
