OVERVIEW:
Victoria was born to Marie and Victor Montoya in Cambridge. It was slightly obvious that her parents were huge supporters of the Dark Arts as their manor made it quite obvious. Few years later Clarissa was born.
But only a few years later, there was a raid on the house done by the Ministry that sent their parents to Azkaban for the time being and the fact that some of the muggle neighbors had been tortured. Sending the young girls, Victoria (5) and Clarissa (3) to live with an Order member who ironic enough was their half-blood Uncle Bob. Who had no clue that his wife, their Pure-blood Aunt Lauren was an Death Eater spying on the Order.
Several years later about when Victoria was 10, her aunt brought her into the business of spying on the good guys, and pretending that you are on their side but actually on the opposition. Her aunt attracted a old creepy male muggle who loved young feisty woman, but was killed by a 10 year old girl with mad knife skills. Her aunt gave her lessons.
When she got her letter to Hogwarts, Clarissa was brought into the business, but more as a spy then allurement then kill business that Victoria, their mother, and Aunt Lauren were in. Since she didn't really have any sort of Veela blood in her, unlike Victoria who was a quarter veela. Victoria got into Slytherin, then a few years later, in her 4th year, Clarissa was sorted into Gryffindor. The two were as tight as ever. Even if there were still age old rivalries.
Victoria continued attracting men and then killing them. But never truly brought around attention to herself. She always had a glamour on herself.
She is a distant relative of the Blacks and Lestranges. Wants to avenge her favorite relative Bellatrix Lestrange.[/SIZE]
