Sure, she had her grnadmother... but Grandma's help only helps things go away for a little while, doesn't really help solve the problem. Apple pies only last for so long, after all. She's a sweet girl, Anna. Loyal to her friends and a very dedicated student.

OVERVIEW: • Magic is a strange thing in the Chambers family. It skips not one generation but two, Anna's father was a Muggle, born to a Squib (non magical person born to Magical parents) and Muggle. Thus the magic was passed from the great grandparents, to Anna and her older brother.
• Anna almost died when she was born due to complications of the labor. Unfortunately her mother (Sandra, also a Muggle) did die in the process.
• At the age of five, Anna learned why she didn't have a mother, because her brother (always seeming to be mad at her) told her that she killed her when she was born.
• At the age of eight, Anna lost the only parent she had left. Her father was pn a plane, coming home from a business trip when the plane crashed. There were no survivors.
• Anna and her brother went to live with their mother's parents a week after their father's funeral.
• Anna got her letter when she turned eleven. Her brother was already at Hogwarts, in Slytherin. When she was sorted she got put in Ravenclaw.
• It didn't take long for her to make friends. She's a big Lost Boys groupy. Don't judge.... they do good music.
• In her fifth year, Anna's started dating Jamie.
• Also last year, her brother had someone attack her. Since then she's built a wall and become much more timid.[/SIZE]

RP SAMPLE: It was the first day back to Hogwarts after a very... very long summer. The on the train as fun as always. Anna sat in a section with three of her closest gal pals and every once in awhile roamed the cars to see anyone else she wanted to talk to was about for chatting. The ride up to castle was full of more giggles from the same four girls.
While they all came into the great hall to sit at their tables, Anna spotted her favorite person. "Jerad!" She ran over to him and gave him a hug, lifting her feet off the ground, making him hold her. He was like a brother to her, well, she had a brother already... but he wasn't a good brother.
She'd missed Jerad and the other guys over the summer. And she'd wanted to talk to them on the train, but they'd been secretively talking on the train and it must have been band related so she didn't bother.
Anna finally let go of the boy and sat next to him at the table. "How was your summer?" She smiled at him. "Mine... was dull, very dull." She sighed. "Brother and I got into a fight almost every day, Gran and Gramps can't really go out and do fun stuff." She shrugged. "Not to mention.... being stuck in MuggleVille... not able to use magic." She rolled her eyes. "I'm just happy to be back, you know."[/SIZE]
